Madeira Photoshoot Prices 2026
Every price I charge is on this page. Pick a session length, add transport if you need it.
No deposit. You pay on the day, cash or bank transfer, and until then your word holds the date.
I do not buy advertising, in any form. There is none of it inside these prices. You pay for the day itself and the work after it.
Which one to pick
Choose by how many places you want to go to and how long you want to be out. The work on the day and the editing after it are the same in all three.
- One location, 1 hour: Short, €250, 25 edited photos
- One or two locations, up to 2 hours: Classic, €450, 50 edited photos
- Up to three locations, up to 3.5 hours: Extended, €650, 150 edited photos
A wedding with guests and the VIP day are full days at a fixed price, further down the page.

One location, focused session. Ideal for couples who want a single spot done well: Fanal in the afternoon fog, or Seixal Beach in the early morning.

We spend the whole day together. No schedule, no shot list. We stop where the light is good. We eat somewhere with a view. If you want a rooftop cocktail, we find one. If you want a black-sand beach, I know where to go.

For locations outside Funchal. If you pick me up in Funchal and we drive together, there is no fee. Not needed with the island transport add-on.

Scouting visit with video. Funchal
For a place in Funchal where I have not worked. About a week before the shoot I go there at about the same time of day and send you a video from the spot with a pin on the map, so that you and I can make sure the place suits you.

The same visit for a place outside Funchal where I have not worked.
On a wedding day travel anywhere on the island is included, so none of the transport add-ons apply.

Money questions, answered
How do I book a session?
Send me a WhatsApp message with your preferred dates and the type of session you have in mind. I usually respond within the hour to confirm availability and answer any questions.
Do you require a deposit?
No. Your word holds the date. You pay on the day of the session, cash or bank transfer.
How do I pay?
Cash or a bank transfer to my IBAN, in euros, on the day of the session.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem. Tell me as early as you can and we reschedule or let it go. No fees, no paperwork.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Package plus the add-ons you picked is the full amount. Some locations have paid parking, usually a couple of euros.
Photographs and privacy
The regular price includes my right to use some of the photographs on this site and on social media.
Full privacy costs double the package price. That is the price of privacy and of all rights to the photographs. Nothing is published anywhere, and once you have received your photos I delete everything on my side.
Full privacy is agreed before the shoot.
